Refund Policy

At I Manage Marketing, all our digital products are custom-made to order.
 

• Design Products (Save the Date, Welcome Board, Wedding Newspaper, Thank You Card, Seating Chart): No refunds once purchased.

• Website Designs: 50% refund if the website project has not yet been activated or started. No refund once the website is activated.

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind, delay in providing required information, or after work has commenced.
