Terms & Conditions
1. General

I Manage Marketing provides digital wedding design services and wedding website design and development.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Design Products

All digital wedding design products (such as Save the Date designs, Welcome Boards, Wedding Newspapers, Thank You Cards, and Seating Charts) are custom-made for each client.

Once a design product has been purchased, it is non-refundable.

After your purchase, we will contact you to collect all the necessary details for your design.

You will receive a selection of design options to review and approve, with up to 2 revisions included on your chosen design.

After two revisions, any further changes will be charged at an additional cost, which will be quoted before work continues.

Final designs are delivered in PDF and JPEG formats only.

Printing is not included, and I Manage Marketing does not offer print services.

Final approval by the client indicates acceptance of the design as complete. We are not liable for errors (e.g., names, dates, or text) approved in the final proof.
3. Wedding Websites

Wedding websites are created and hosted on the Wix platform.
-
Domain registration and Wix platform fees are not included in the website package price.

Clients must provide all website content (text, photos, and event details) before design work begins.

You are entitled to 2 revisions during the website design process.

Additional revisions beyond the included 2 will incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved before implementation.

Once the website is activated, no refunds will be issued. A 50% refund is available only if the project has not yet been activated.

I Manage Marketing is not responsible for any changes or edits made by the client after the website has been activated.
4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all required content (text, photos, and other relevant details) promptly to avoid project delays.

The client is responsible for checking all spelling, grammar, and factual information before final approval.

Failure to provide requested information in a timely manner may result in project delays without affecting the agreed turnaround time.
5. Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, I Manage Marketing is not liable for:

Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback from the client.

Typographical errors or omissions approved by the client in final proofs.
-
Platform issues, website downtime, or external service disruptions (e.g., Wix platform errors).

Losses or damages arising from the use of digital designs, websites, or other delivered materials.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout for all digital design products.

Wedding website projects may require a deposit or staged payments as agreed.

Work will not commence until payment is received.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your order or suspension of services.
7. Refunds

Design Products: No refunds once purchased.

Wedding Websites: 50% refund if not yet activated; no refund after activation.
8. Contact & Communication

All communication regarding orders, approvals, or changes must be made via email or in writing to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Clients can contact us directly at any time for inquiries, consent withdrawal, or policy-related questions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with applicable legal processes.
